summer time is here and we getting ready for a chia healthy snack adventure

The more I eat this superfood the more I love it. They are fun and easy to digest if you prepared them correctly and treat for any type of road trip. plus, these little seeds keep you entertained for hours.everytime I eat one its hide and go seek in my mouth LOL

they say that just 1 spoon full of chia could keep the Aztec warrior for well over 24 hours. Im no warrior but if going to keep me from starving on the open road then im taking a few pack of chia balls with me. Research has found that chia seeds are beyond super. Chia seed improves your skin, reduces aging, strengthens bones and muscles, and helps with the heart and digestive system. It’s also been said that it helps heal diabetes and so much more. I personally like to eat chia because it fun to eat and taste great with almond milk and some fruits. Yum!
